Built in 1974, by Mainstream Shipyards at Greenville, Mississippi (hull #7356) as the Frank H. Peavey for the Greenville Towing Company of Greenville, Mississippi. From build, the tug was leased to Peavey Barges Lines of Alton, Illinois.

In 1979, the tug was acquired by the Williamson Leasing Company of Greenville, Mississippi. Where she was renamed as the Shelly Mott.

In 1982, she was acquired by the TPC Transportation Company of St. Louis, Missouri. Where the tug was renamed as the Sno Sheen.

In 1989, the tug was acquired by Peavey Barges Lines of Alton, Illinois. Where she retained her name.

Later in 1989, she was acquired by the Arkansas River Company of Greenville, Mississippi. Where the tug was renamed as the Greenville.

In 1996, the tug was acquired by American Commercial Barge Line of Jeffersonville, Indiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2004, she was acquired by the Parker Towing Company of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Where tug tug was renamed as the Thelma Parker II.

Powered by two, 16 cylinder CAT 3516 diesel engines. With Reintjes reduction gear at a ratio of 7:1. Rated at 4,200 horsepower.
