Built in 1975, by Halter Marine Services Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana (hull #465) as the Capt. Darce for the Darce Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

In 1989, the tug was chartered out where she was renamed as the Sea Wolf.

In 1989, she was returned to the Darce Towing Company of Houston, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Capt. Darce.

In 1994, the tug was sold and renamed as the Miss Mackenzie.

In 1997, the tug was acquired by the South Puerto Rico Towing Company of Guayanilla, Puerto Rico. Where she was renamed as the Don Oscar P.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 2,250 horsepower.
