Built in 1966, by McDermott Shipyard Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana (hull #129) as the Denise D. Defelice for the Defelice Marine Towing Company of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

In 1980, the Defelice Marine Towing Company was acquired by Gulf Fleet Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.

In 1985, Zapata Marine Service, Gulf Fleet Marine Incorporated, and Jackson Marine Services merged to form Zapata Gulf Marine Service Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.

In 1992, Zapata Gulf Marine Service Incorporated merged with Tidewater Marine Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the El Buey Grande

In 1998, the tug was acquired by the Jore Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Enforcer.

In 2001, she was acquired by McAllister Towing and Transportation of New York, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the McAllister Boys.

In 2012, the tug was acquired by Island Trader Shipping Company in Guyana, where she was renamed as the Amin Boys.

She is powered by two, EMD 16-645-CE2, diesel engines. With Falk reduction gears, at a ratio of 4:1. Turning two, 104(in) by 88(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch, propellers. For a rated 3,600 horsepower.

Her capacities were 123,064 gallons of fuel oil, 1,000 gallons of lube oil and 1,500 gallons of potable water. The tug was also outfitted with three fire stations.

The towing equipment consisted of a Markey, double drum, towing winch. Outfitted with 2,200(ft) of 2(in) towing wire on each drum.
