Built in 1952, by Burton Shipyard Incorporated of Port Arthur, Texas (hull #160) as the Miss Bonnie for Tottenville Marina Incorporated of Staten Island, New York.

In 2006, the tug was acquired by the Mount Sea Corporation of Roxbury, New York. Where she was renamed as the Rae.

In 2010, she was acquired by the Fox Marine Corporation of Easton, Pennsylvania. Where the tug retained her name.

She is a single screw tug, rated at 450 horsepower.
