Built in 1957, by Dupont Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana as the Letha C. Edwards for the Barge Transport Company Incorporated of Houston, Texas.

In 1997, the tug was acquired by the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Genie Cenac.

In 2004, she was leased to Horizon Maritime Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Aug V.

In 2005, the tug was acquired by Horizon Maritime Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she retained her name.

In 2008, she was acquired by Teppco Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the E.A. Cenac.

In 2009, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services Incorporated of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the E.A.

In 2012, the tug was acquired by the Dorsett Brothers Concrete Suppliers Incorporated of Pasadena, Texas. Where she was renamed as the William D.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA38-M1 diesel engines. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,000 horspower.
