Built in 2012, by the Eastern Shipbuilding Group Incorporated of Panama City, Florida (hull #466) as the Scott A. Settoon for Settoon Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana.

In 2017, the tug was acquired by Savage Marine Services Incorporated of Salt Lake City, Utah. Where she was renamed as the Savage Opportunity.

In 2020, Savage Marine Services Incorporated was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Gene McGlothlin.

In 2021, the tug was phased out of active service and was "laid up" at Houston, Texas.

In 2022, the tug was acquired by Buffalo Marine Services of Houston, TX. Where the tug was renamed Jacques-Imo . Named after the well-known Jacques-Imo restaurant, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Powered by two, Tier II compliant, Cummins KTA38-M2 diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG540 reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,000 horsepower.
