Built in 1963, by the Wiley Manufacturing Company of Port Deposit, Maryland (hull #607) as the Patricia for C.G. Willis Incorporated of Paulsboro, New Jersey.

In 2004, C.G. Willis Incorporated became C.H. Phoenix Incorporated of Green Cove Springs, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2013, the tug was chartered to Henry Marine Incorporated of Staten Island, New York. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2014, she was returned to Chris Willis of C.H. Phoenix Incorporated of Green Cove Springs, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.

Repowered in 2012, she is driven by two Mitsubishi S12A2-Y1MPTA-3 diesel engines. With Twin Disc T-D-5222 reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. Turning two, 72(in) by 70, four bladed, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in kort nozzles. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 40kW Marathon generator sets. Driven by one, Isuzu four cycle diesel engine. The tug's capacities are 20,000 gallons of fuel, 250 gallons of lube oil, 150 gallons of hydraulic oil, and 3,000 gallons of water.
