Built in 1981, by Seaway Fabricators Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana (hull #1) as the Miss Jean for the D and H Tug and Barge Company of Portsmouth, Virginia.

In 2012, the tug was acquired by Intracoastal Marine Incorporated of Chesapeake, Virginia. Where she was renamed as the Navigator.

In 2013, she was acquired by Riverside Marine Construction Incorporated of Eliot, Maine. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2015, the tug was acquired by Balico Marine Services Incorporated of Paramus, New Jersey. Where she retained her name.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
