Built in 1998, by C and G Boatworks Incorporated of Mobile, Alabama (hull #39) as the Sarah Moran for the Petroleum Transport Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut. A subsidiary of the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut.

The tug was later acquired by the Cooper River Equipment Company of Charleston, South Carolina. Where she was renamed as the Captain Bob.

In 2010, she was acquired by the Stevens Towing Company Incorporated of Yonges Island, South Carolina. Where the tug was renamed as the Island Lookout.

She is a twin screw, towboat, rated at 2,000 horsepower.
