Built in 1925 at Astoria, Oregon as the Irene for the Knappton Towboat Company of Astoria, Oregon.

She was acquired by an individual name Miles Hargitt of Anacortes, Washington and renamed as the Lil Louie.

The tug is no longer documented. Her current and/or final fate is not known.

She was a single-screw tug providing 150 horsepower.
