Built in 1965, by the Gulfport Shipbuilding Group of Port Arthur, Texas (hull #579) as the Trans World for the Trans World Transportation Company of Houston, Texas

In 1969, the tug was acquired by the McAllister Brothers Towing Company of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Rosemary McAllister.

In 2005, she was acquired by the Zenith Towing Company of Duluth, Minnesota. Where the tug was renamed as the Victor J. Altman.

In 2008, the tug went of documentation. Her current, and or, final disposition is unknown.

She was a single screw tug, rated at 1,600 horsepower.
