Designed by the Sause Brothers Ocean Towing Company. And, outfitted at Southern Oregon Marine, Incorporated of Coos Bay, Oregon. A division of the Sause Brothers Ocean Towing Company. The vessel is fitted with an elevated pilot house, that allowed for an operator’s eye level to be at 26(ft) above the water line. She is USCG certified for twelve passengers.
Powered by two, Tier II compliant, MTU 12V-2000 diesel engines. With ZF 2FW3200 reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.413:1. Turning two, four bladed, 56(in) by 58(in) pitch, right and left hand, outboard turning, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in 37A kort nozzles. For a rated 1,610 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 40kW, Northern Lights M40C generator sets. The vessel's capacities are 18,500 gallons of fuel, 550 gallons of lube oil, and 516 gallons of water.
The vessel's deck equipment consists of two, 40 ton, 7.5 horsepower, remote control operated Patterson deck winches. Outfitted with 85(ft) of 1(in) wire.
