McALLISTER BROTHERS (1907)

Built in 1907, by Robert Palmer and Son of Noank, Connecticut as the McAllister Brothers for the McAllister Brothers Towing Company of New York, New York.

In 1913, the tug was sold and renamed as the Hugh Ross.

In 1918, she was sold and renamed as the Daisy McWilliams.

In 1920, the tug was renamed as the Margaret F. McWilliams.

In 1929, the tug was acquired by the Russell Brothers Towing Company (Newtown Creek Towing Company) of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Russell 7.

In 1947, she went out of documentation. Her current, and or, final disposition is unknown.

She was a single screw tug, rated at 900 horsepower.
