DAUNTLESS (1891)

Built in 1891, at Boston, Massachusetts as the Piscatauqua.

The tug was later sold, where she was renamed as the U.S.E.F.C. She was later renamed as the A.I.S.C No. 4.

She was eventually acquired by the Dauntless Towing Line of New York, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Dauntless.

In 1955, the tug was acquired by the Moran Towing Company of New York, New York. Where she retained her name

In 1957, she was acquired by the Lewis Transportation Company of New York, NY. Where the tug retained her name.

The tug is no longer listed in documentation. Her current and, or final disposition is unknown. She was a single screw tug, rated at 380 horsepower.
