Built in 1940, by Equitable Equipment of Madisonville, Louisiana (hull #108) as the B.T. DeBardeleben for the DeBardeleben Marine Corporation of Wilmington, Delaware.

She was later acquired by the BiFrost Company Incorporated of Quincy, Massachusetts. Where the tug was renamed as the Lilian.

In 1968, the tug was acquired by the McAllister Brothers Towing Company of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Peter B. McAllister.

In 1998, she was scuttled. The tug was a single screw, rated at 1,800 horsepower
