Built in 1906, by the Neafie and Levy Shipbuilding Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as the Victory for the tug Victory Corporation of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In 1920, the tug was acquired by the Moran Towing Company of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Agnes A. Moran.

In 1940, she was acquired by the Tucker Towing Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Where she was renamed as the Rose.

The tug was later acquired by the Lambert Towing Company of Chesapeake, Virginia. Where she was renamed as the Babe.

In 1960, the Tucker Towing Company was acquired by the Oliver Transportation Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Where the tug was renamed as the Rose.

The land that was the Company's yard at Cramer Hill in Camden, New Jersey. Became Oliver Transportation's and the Tucker Towing Company's yard. Later that year the two companies would be renamed as Express Marine Incorporated of Camden, New Jersey.

In 1977, she was acquired by Express Marine Incorporated of Camden, New Jersey. Where the tug retained her name. However, she was "laid up" at Express Marine's facility at Petty Island in Camden, New Jersey.

In 2012, the tug was scrapped. She was a single screw tug, rated at 100 horsepower.
