In 1989, the tug was acquired by Links Marine Incorporated of Newark, Delaware. Where she was renamed as the Susan L. The "L" in the vessel's name, was for "Links." The Scottish word for the sport of golf.
In 1995, she was renamed as the Royal Melbourne. Named for the golf course in Scotland. The golf themed names were carried on all of the company's equipment.
In 1998, Links Marine Incorporated was acquired by Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2019, Harley Marine Service Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.
Powered by two, Cummins KTA 38 diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG 540 reduction gears, at a ratio of 7.0:1. Turning two. 77(in) by 66(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. For a rated 2,100 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 90kW Caterpillar C-4 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 30,000 gallons of fuel, 1,000 gallons of water, 150 gallons of lube oil, and 150 gallons of hydraulic oil.
The towing gear consists of a 14(in), hydraulic, bow winch, and a 16(in) stern capstan.
