MORNING THUNDER

Built in 1966, by the Marinette Marine Corporation of Marinette, Wisconsin (hull #56CM6546) as a landing craft for the United States Navy.

She was later acquired by Northland Vessel Leasing of Olympia, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Morning Thunder.

The tug was then acquired by Crowley Marine Services of Seattle, Washington. Where she retained her name.

The unit was eventually acquired by Pacific Fishing Assets where she was converted to a fishing vessel and retained her name.

She was twin screw rated at 500 horsepower.
