Built in 1911, by T.S. Marvel Shipbuilding of Newburgh, New York (hull #207) as the Bronx for the Harlem Transfer Company of New York, New York.

She was later acquired by the Bisso Towboat Company of Luling, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Courtney S.

The tug is no longer listed in documentation. Her current and or final disposition is unknown. Originally powered by a single compound, 20(in) and 42(in), 28(in) stroke steam engine. With a single ended 16(ft), by 14.2(ft) scotch boiler, with a working pressure if 185(psi). For a rated at 1,000 horsepower.

The tug was later converted to diesel propulsion. She was a single screw tug, rated at 2,400 horsepower.
