Built in 1985, by McDermott Shipyard of New Iberia, Louisiana (hull #153) as the Jaramac 69 for the J. Ray McDermott Company of Houston, Texas.

The tug was later acquired by Tidewater Marine of New Orleans, Louisiana where she was renamed as the Doc Tide II .

Her current and or final disposition is unknown.
