TURECAMO BOYS (1945)

Built in 1945, by Jakobson Shipyard of Oyster Bay, New York (hull #311) as the Turecamo Boys for Turecamo Maritime.

The tug was later sold and renamed as the Blue Star . However, the tug's existence is in doubt and her current and or final disposition is unknown.

She was a single screw tug, rated at 800 horsepower.
