In 2025, the Bisso Towboat Company Incorporated was acquired by the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut. Where the tug retained her name.
Powered by two, EMD 16-645-E6 diesel engines. With Aquamaster US 2001 z-drives. Outfitted with two, four bladed, 90(in) by 82(in) pitch, stainless steel propellers. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 4,300 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 75 kW Lima generator sets. Powered by two, GM 6-71 diesel engines.
The towing equipment consists of a Markey DYSF 48 hydraulic winch mounted on the bow. Which was the first installed on a tug servicing the Mississippi River. As well as a McElroy Machine stern capstan, and Washington Chain and Supply tow hook.
