Built in 2020, by Main Iron Works of Houma, Louisiana (hull #453) as the Julian Cenac for Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 2021, the tug was acquired by the Campbell Transportation Company of Houston, Pennsylvania. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2024, the tug was renamed the Linda Hughes Farley. To honor the wife of Jim Farley, who serves as a member of Campbell Transportation’s Board of Directors and is a past chairman of the American Waterways Operators.

Powered by three, Tier III compliant, Caterpillar C32 diesel engines. With Twin Disc MGX5321 reduction gears. She is a triple screw towboat rated at 3,000 horsepower.
