Built in 1974 by the Peterson Builders of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin (hull #9260) as the Donald O’Toole for Twin City Barge Lines.

In 1980, the tug was acquired by The Material Service Corporation of Chicago, Illinois. Where she retained her name.

In 1986, the tug was acquired by Calumet Marine Towing of Chicago, Illinois. Where she was renamed as the Bonesey B.

In 1992, the tug was acquired by Kindra Lake Towing of Chicago. Where she was renamed as the Morgan.

In 2022 the assets of Kindra Marine were acquired by Middle River Marine of Mokena, Illinois, where the tug was renamed Carmalee Rose.

Powered by Caterpillar 3512 diesel engines. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 2,400 horsepower.
