Built in 2006, by Sisco Marine Incorporated of Panama City, Florida (hull #33) as the Maria for Liberty Maintenance Incorporated of Youngstown, Ohio.

In 2016, the tug was acquired by the Hughes Marine Firms of Edison, New Jersey. Where she was renamed as the Mighty Joe.

In 2020, she was acquired by Stasinos Marine LLC. of Weymouth, Massachusetts. Where the tug was renamed as the Jimmy.

In 2023, the tug was acquired by DLS Energy LLC. of Franklin, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Miss Madeline.

Powered by two, John Deere 6068 diesel engines. Twin Disc MG 5061 reduction gears, at a ratio of 2.45:1. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 400 horsepower.

The tug's capacities are 750 gallons of fuel. The tug was constructed 9(ft) push knees and two, twin 5 ton, hand operated Nabrico Deck Winches.
