Built in 1965, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #184) as the Lady Lisa for F and L Marine Towing Incorporated of NEw Orleans, Louisiana.

In 2004, the tug was acquired by Alan D. Alario and Associates LLC. of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Lucy.

In 2012, she was acquired by Alexis Marine LLC. of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Mrs. Alama.

In 2012, the tug was acquired by Dean Marine and Excavating Incorporated of Mount Clemens, Michigan. Where she was renamed as the Kimberly Anne.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 600 horsepower.
