Built in 2020, by Main Iron Works of Houma, Louisiana (hull #455) as the A.M. Raymond for NGL Marine of Houston, Texas.

In 2023, the marine assets of NGL Marine were sold to Campbell Transportation Company of Houston, Pennsylvania. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Tier III compliant, Cummins QSK38M1 Diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG5600 reduction gears. At a ratio of 6.5:1. Turning two, 85(in) by 56(in), five bladed, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat rated at 2,600 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, John Deere, 99kW generator sets. The tug's capacities are 30,000 gallons of fuel, 18,400 gallons of potable water, 400 gallons of lube oil, and 200 gallons of gear oil.
