In 1996, the tug was acquired by Allied Towing Services Incorporated of Venice, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Old Bill.

In 2005, she was acquired by Coastal Marine Contractors of Slidell, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Charles K.

In 2012, the tug was sold to an undisclosed interest in Colombia. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown.
