In 1994, the tug was acquired by Michael McCluskey of Baltimore, Maryland. Where she retained her name.

In 2004, the tug was acquired by the McLean Contracting Company of Glen Burnie, Maryland. Where she was renamed as the Josephine.

She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 400 horsepower.
