Built in 2008, by Sisco Marine Incorporated of Panama City, Florida (hull #106) as the Calli Rose for Daigle Towing Services Incorporated of Belle Chasse, Louisiana.

In 2012, the tug was acquired by Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Buttercup.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA19-M3 diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG5170 reduction gears. Turning two, 68(in) by 44(in) four bladed, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,200 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided two, 40kW three phase 120kW/208V AC generator sets. The tug's capacities are 16,000 gallons of fuel.

The towing gear consists of two, 40 ton Patterson, electric winches, mounted on her bow.
