Built in 1969, by Allied Shipyard Incorporated of Larose, Louisiana (hull #131) as the Vena E. for United Tugs Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana.

In 1981, the tug was acquired by the Central Gulf Towing Incorporated of Cut Off, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 1996, she was acquired by the Austin Marine Company of Harvey, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Mr. Austin.

In 2004, the tug was acquired by Triple S Marine Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Dianna Marie.

Powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. With Twin Disc 516 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.1. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 800 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 30kW generator sets. Driven by two, GM 3-71 Diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 12,000 gallons of fuel, 125 gallons of lube oil, and 4,000 gallons of water.
