In 1989, the tug was acquired by the Hess Oil Corporation of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Rob Roy.
In 1993, the Hess Oil Corporation's fleet was acquired by Leevac Marine Incorporated of Jennings, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2001, the Hess Oil Corporation's fleet was acquired by Leevac Marine Incorporated of Jennings, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Bayridge Service
In 2002, Leevac Marine Incorporated merged with Hornbeck Offshore Services of Covington, Louisiana. The two companies formed Hornbeck Offshore Transportation Services of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2009, she was phased out of active service. And, the tug was "laid up" at New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 2010, the tug was acquired by the United Tugs Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Carly Michelle.
In 2019, United Tugs Incorporated was acquired by La Carriers Transportation Services Incorporated of Larose, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Bosco.
Powered by two, eight cylinder, EMD 8-645-E6 diesel engines. With Lufkin reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.178:1. Turning two, high efficiency, 100(in) by 76(in), four bladed, fixed pitch, propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 2,000 horsepower.
Her electrical power is supplied by two, 75kW, generator sets. Driven by two, GM 6-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 54,000 gallons of fuel, 1,200 gallons of lube oil, and 10,000 gallons of potable water.
The tug's towing gear consists of a single drum, INTERcon D175 towing winch. Equipped with 2,000(ft) of 1.75(in) towing wire. Powered by a single, GM 4-71 diesel engine.
