Built in 1992, by the Phillip Ditta Shipyard of Madisonville, Louisiana (hull #32) as the Cindy Jane for the Columbus Sand and Gravel Company of Columbus, Kentucky.

In 2004, the tug was acquired by the Choctaw Transportation Company of Dyersburg, Tennessee. Where she was renamed as the Ms. Lisa.

Powered by two, GM 16V-71 diesel engines. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,000 horsepower.
