In 1999, the tug was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where she retained her name.

In 2018, she was acquired by Wepfer Marine Incorporated of Memphis, Tennessee. Where she was renamed as the Julie Robinson.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA19-M3 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. She is a twin screw, towboat, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
