Built in 2008, by Lockport Fabrication Incorporated of Lockport, Louisiana (hull #7) as the Lady Loren for La Carriers Transportation Service Incorporated of Cut Off, Louisiana.

Powered by three, Cummins QSK-19 M3 diesel engines. With MG 5222 reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. Turning three, 63(in) by 67(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in kort nozzles. She is a triple screw tug, rated at 1,980 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 40kW, Kobota generator sets. The tug's capacities are 36,000 gallons of fuel, 8,000 gallons of potable water, and 400 gallons of lube oil.

The towing equipment consists of a Smatco, double drum, towing winch. Outfitted with 1,900(ft) of 1.5(in) towing cable on the primary drum, 1,200(ft) of 1.5(in) towing cable on the secondary drum.
