In 1987, the tug was acquired by Valley Transportation Incorporated of St. Louis, Missouri. Where she retained her name.
In 1992, she was acquired by the American Commercial Barge Line Incorporated Jeffersonville, Indiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2001, the tug was acquired by the Excell Marine Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio. Where she retained her name.
In 2007, she was acquired by Marquette Transportation Company of Jefferson, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Sherryl B. Reeves.
Powered by two, EMD 12-645E7B/1042 diesel engines. With Lufkin reduction gears, at a ratio of
