Built in 2018, by Washburn and Doughty Associates of East Boothbay, Maine (hull #122) as the Exporter for Gulf LNG Services Incorporated of Freeport, Texas.

The company is a subsidy of the G and H Towing Company of Houston, Texas. Which is part of a joint venture between the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut. The Bay Houston Towing Company of Houston, Texas, and the Suderman and Young Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

Powered by two, sixteen cylinder, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3516E diesel engines. With Lufkin MV1600S gears, and Rolls-Royce US 255, z-drives. The drives are fitted with 110(in) stainless steel propellers, for a rated 6,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 99kW, Marathon 363PSL3127 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 42,478 gallons of fuel, 1,822 gallons of lube oil, 3,883 gallons of water, and 14,143 gallons of ballast.

The towing gear consists of a Markey DEPC 52 electric hawser winch, mounted on the bow. Outfitted with 400(ft) of Cortland 9.5(in), Plasma line. And, a Markey CEWC 60 electric hawser capstan aft.
