Built in 2019, by the Chesapeake Shipbuilding Corporation of Salisbury, Maryland (hull #131) as the Annapolis for the Vane Brothers Company of Baltimore, Maryland.

She was the second Salisbury class towboat constructed for the Vane Brothers Company, by Chesapeake Shipbuilding Corporation.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3512 diesel engines, with Twin Disc MGX-5600 reduction gears at a ratio 6:1. Turning two, Hung Shen, troost style, five bladed, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers, with flanking rudders. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 3,000 horsepower

Her electrical service is provided by two, 99kW, John Deere, generator sets. The tug's capacities are 40,000 gallons of fuel, 15,000 gallons of ballast water, 5,000 gallons of water; and a 5,000 gallon zero discharge tank.

The towing equipment consists of two, 65 ton, Patterson winches. With JonRie InterTech capstans mounted on the bow and stern.
