Founded in 2008, the Cruz Marine Company Incorporated is wholly owned by Dave and Dana Cruz. Dave Cruz is a private owner with over thirty years of construction experience throughout the state of Alaska.

The Company provides construction support in Alaska. the Cruz Marine Company Incorporated provides the shallow draft support that is needed to operate statewide. As well as in the Beaufort Sea supporting the oil fields of the North Slope. Or, up the Yukon River performing deliveries to inaccessible villages.
