Biblia Incorporated is a family owned and operated business based in Savannah, Georgia. The company is owned and operated by William B. Van Puffelen and his wife Lindsey VanPuffelen.

William Van Puffelen is Mississippi State University and earning an undergraduate degree in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture, he then obtained a 200 ton Master of Towing license.

After moving his family back to Savannah, Georgia he managed a small ship yard in Georgetown, South Carolina. Where he made trips to Brownsville, Texas and Bangor, Maine. His travels included transits of the Mississippi River to Cairo, Illinois, up the Ohio River to Mount Vernon, Indiana, and up the Tennessee River to Knoxville, Tennessee.

Biblia Incorporated operates a fleet of inland, and coastwise towing vessels. The company serves waters, and tributaries from Brownsville, Texas to Bangor, Maine.
