Built in 1981, by the Rodriguez Boat Builders Incorporated of Coden, Alabama (hull #34) as the Miss Paulene for the Delta Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.
In 1999, the tug was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Ocean Eagle.
In 2005, she was acquired by Biblia Incorporated of Savannah, Georgia, Where the tug was renamed as the William Breckinridge.
Powered by two, Tier III compliant, YANMAR 6AYAM-6ET diesel engines. With YANMAR YXH240L reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.9:1. Turning two, four bladed, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers in kort nozzles. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,500 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 40kW, Kobota generator sets. The tug's capacities are 23,000 gallons of fuel, 50 gallons of lube oil, and 7,000 gallons of potable water.
The towing equipment consists of a single drum, Smatco 44D towing winch. Outfitted with 1300(ft) of 1.25(in) towing wire. With two, 60 ton Nabrico face winches.
