In 2004, the tug was acquired by Settoon Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Kenneth S. Settoon.

Powered by two, Cummins KT-19 diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG 514 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.16:1. Turning two, 52(in) by 48 (in), five bladed, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 900 horsepower.
