Built in 2017, by Rodriguez Shipbuilding Incorporated of Coden, Alabama (hull #318) as the Daisy Mae for the Coeyman's Marine Towing Company of Ravena, New York.
Powered by two, Tier III compliant Cummins QSK-38 diesel engines, on the outboard sides. With Twin Disc MGX-5321 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.96:1. Turning two, stainless steel Kaplan, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in kort nozzles. And, a single Tier III compliant Cummins QSK-19 diesel engine, on her centerline, with Twin Disc MGX-5222 reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.1:1. She is a triple screw tug, rated at 3,200 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 60kW, Cummins QSB7 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 33,000 gallons of fuel, 8,000 gallons of fresh water, 500 gallons of lube oil, 1,000 gallons of waste oil, and 1,000 gallons for zero discharge provisions.
Her towing equipment consists of a single drum, Markey tow winch outfitted with 1,500(ft) of 1.75(in) towing wire; as well as two, 40 ton, Patterson deck winches. Outfitted with 150(ft) of 1.5(in) Plasma line
