Built in 1995, by Moss Point Marine Incorporated of Lockport, Louisiana (hull #1421/L332) as the Lucia for Penn Maritime Incorporated of Stamford, Connecticut.

The tug is fitted with an INTERcon coupler system. Powered by two, EMD 16-645F7 diesel engines. She a twin screw articulated tug and barge, rated at 7,010 horsepower.

The tug is "married" with the double hulled, 115,000(bbls), OPA-90 compliant barge, the Caribbean. Built in 1995, by Alabama Shipyards Incorporated of Mobile, Alabama for Penn Maritime Incorporated of Stamford, Connecticut.

In 2012, Penn Maritime was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug, and barge retained their names.

In 2020, the tug was acquired by the Falgout Brothers Marine Company. A subsidy of Global Towing Services Incorporated of LaRose, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Sally Falgout.
