Built in 1958, by Jakobson Shipyard Incorporated of Oyster Bay, New York (hull #384) as the Nancy Moran for the Moran Towing Company of New York, New York.

In 2009, the tug was removed from service. And, "laid up" at the Moran Towing Corporation's yard in Staten Island, New York. Where she was eventually scrapped.

She was a single screw tug, rated at 1,800 horsepower.
