Built in 1942, by Gulfport Shipbuilding of Port Arthur, Texas (hull #250) as the Nancy Moran for the Moran Towing Company of New York, New York.

In 1957, the tug was sold to Venzuelen interests. Where the tug was renamed as the Atile. Then as the Maria D.

She is no longer listed in any documentation. Her current, and or, final disposition is unknown. The tug was a single screw, rated at 1,000 horsepower.
