In 1998, the tug was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channnelview, Texas. Where she retained her name.

In 2013, she was acquired by the Industry Terminal and Salvage Company of Industry, Pennsylvania. Where she was renamed as the Miss Brooke.

Powered by two, Detroit Diesel series 60 diesel engines. She is a twin screw, square bow, push boat. Rated at 800 horsepower.
