Built in 1965, by St. Louis Ship Incorporated of St. Louis, Missouri as the Albert M. for the B and M Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

In 1971, the tug was acquired by the Brent Towing Company Incorporated of Greenville, Mississippi. Where she was renamed as the Liz Brent.

In 1986, she was leased to the Arkansas River Company of Greenville, Mississippi. Where the tug was renamed as the Dick Harbison.

In 1988, the tug was returned to the Brent Towing Company of Greenville, Mississippi. Where she was renamed as the Liz Brent.

In 1994, she was acquired by the OMR Transportation Company of Vicksburg, Mississippi. Where the tug was renamed as the City of Greenville.

In 1998, the tug was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where she retained her name.

In 2018, she was acquired by the Excell Marine Corporation of South Point, Ohio. Where the tug was renamed as the Nedra K.

Repowered in 2013, the tug is driven by two EMD 16-645 E5 diesel engines. With Falk reduction gears, at a ratio of 3.75:1. She is a twin screw, towboat, with kort nozzles, rated at 5,600 horsepower.
