Built in 1981, by Scully Brothers Boat Builders of Stephensville, Louisiana as the Miss Eddie Dell for the Mo-Ark Towing Company Incorporated of Houston, Texas.

In 1986, the tug was acquired by the Atlas Southern Corporation of Tallahassee, Florida. Where she was renamed as the Gordon Clark.

In 1988, she was acquired by Hollywood Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Chesley E.

In 1998, the tug was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Chesley E.

In 2021, she was acquired by Wepfer Marine Incorporated of Memphis, Tennessee. Where the tug was renamed as the Peanut Hollinger.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA38-M0 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.11:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,400 horsepower.
