Built in 1969, by St. Charles Steel Fabricators of Thibodaux, Louisiana as the Black Beard for the Triple Screw Marine Towing Company Westwego, Louisiana.

In 1997, the tug was acquired by Hollywood Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Francis Drake.

In 1998, she was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Capt. Daniel Clement.

In 2017, the tug was acquired by Borghese Lane Incorporated of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Where she was renamed as the Cori Weiland.

In 2018, she was acquired by Towline River Service Incorporated of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania. Where the tug was renamed as the Tracy Fedkoe.

She is twin screw, towboat, rated at 1,500 horsepower.
